New Housing Development using Low Temperature Air Source Heat Pumps

Built in 2011 this development is comprised of sixteen, one and two bedroom apartments for private housing in Reigate. The project was commissioned by a local developer and comprises of a mixture of gas fuelled units with radiators and a number of heat pumps units using underfloor heating.

The outdoor units for the apartments are all mounted externally at low level out of sight from residents and passersby. This provides easy access for maintenance whilst ensuring a pleasant aesthetic finish.

The Underfloor heating is installed throughout the Heat Pump properties with individual room control supported by a fully weather compensated control system on the heat pump giving the maximum possible economy over the whole heating season.
